Age Limit:
Candidates required age limit should be between 18 to 24 years as on 16.10.2017.
Upper age is relaxed by 5 years for SC / ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates for the trades reserved for them. Upper age is relaxed by 10 years to PWD candidates in the specified disabilities only as mentioned above (up to 15 years for SC / ST and up to 13 years for OBC Non Creamy Layer candidates PwBD candidates).

Educational Qualification:
Technician Apprentice (Mechanical) - 3 years (2 years through lateral entry after ITI of minimum 1 years duration) full time Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a Govt. recognized Institute.
Technician Apprentice (Electrical) - 3 years (or 2 years through lateral entry after ITI of Minimum one year duration) full time Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a Govt. recognized Institute.
Technician Apprentice (Telecommunication & Instrumentation) - 3 Years (or 2 years through lateral entry after ITI of minimum one year duration) full time Diploma in any of the following discipline of Engineering from a Govt. recognized Institute (Electronics & Communication Engineering / Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering / Electronics & Radio Communication Engineering / Instrumentation & Control Engineering / Electronics Engineering).

Duration of Apprentice Training & Stipend:
Duration of apprentice training is One (1) year from the date of engagement.
Consolidated stipend of Rs.7530/ per months shall be payable to the Technician Apprentice.
