1. Assistant Planner - Total 1 Post (UR).
2. Junior Assistant Planner - Total 1 Post (UR).

4. Draftsman - Total 1 Post (UR).
5. Work Assistant - Total 1 Post (UR).
6. Lower Division Clerk (LDC) - Total 2 Posts (UR).

Age Limit:
Lower and Upper age limit are 18 years and 40 years respectively as on 1st January 2017. Upper age relaxation up to 5 (five) years is admissible only to SC, ST & PH and up to 3 years to OBC (A & B) candidates of West Bengal.

Educational Qualification:
Assistant Planner - Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Urban / Town / Regional / Country Planning. Diploma in Regional and Urban Planning / Town and Country Planning from a recognized Institution or equivalent. One year experience in relevant filed with knowledge in Computer aided architectural drawing and ideas on Geo Information System.
Junior Assistant Planner - Diploma in Architecture with minimum 60% marks from recognized Institution or equivalent approved by AICTE. Candidate having higher qualification in Architecture or Graduate Degree holder in Regional and Urban Planning or Town and Country Planning or City Planning or Regional Planning or Urban Design or Transportation Planning or equivalent from recognized University or Institute, may also apply. 3 years experience in Architecture and Planning in addition, knowledge of Auto CAD, 3D Modeling Software and MS Office Experience in relevant fields of works and Computer Aided Architectural Drawing and Urban Design and Planning principals with special reference to dealing with special Date on GIS with good report writing and representation skills, knowledge in ArcGIS. 
Surveyor - Higher Secondary or equivalent with Diploma in Survey from recognized Institution. Four Years (4) experience in relevant fields.
Dratfsman - Higher Secondary or equivalent with Diploma in Draftmanship from recognized Institution. Four (4) years experience in relevant fields.
Work Assistant - Madhyamik or equivalent with 60% marks. Knowledge in Computer Application.
Lower Division Clerk (LDC) - Madhyamik or equivalent with 60% marks. Knowledge in Computer Applications such as MS Office, Internet etc. Computer Typing speed of 30 wpm in English, Knowledge of Bengali Computer Typing.

Pay Scale:
Assistant Planner - PB 4A, Rs.15600 to 42000 with Grade Pay of Rs.5400.
Junior Assistant Planner - PB 4, Rs.9000 to 40500 with Grade Pay of Rs.4400.
Surveyor & Draftsman - PB 3, Rs.7100 to 37600 with Grade Pay of Rs.3600.
Work Assistant & LDC - PB 2, Rs.5400 to 25200 with Grade Pay of Rs.2600.

Application Fee (Non Refundable):
Application Fee for UR & OBC (A & B) candidate is Rs.150 plus processing charges Rs.50 plus Rs.20 towards Bank Charges for challan deposit.
For SC, ST & PH candidates only processing charges of Rs.50 plus Rs.20 towards for Bank Charges for Challan Deposit.
The Application fees plus processing charges as mentioned above shall be collected by all the branches of the United Bank of India and the same to be deposited in Account No.0088010367936 through Challan generated after submission of Online Application.
