Details of Posts and Vacancy:
Recruitment to the under mentioned posts at Sl. No. 1 which is temporary but likely to be permanent and posts at Sl. NO. 2, 3 & 4 which are permanent.
1. Assistant Horticulturist, W.B.G.S - Total 1 Post (SC), under The Directorate of Cinchona & Other Medicinal Plants, Govt. of WB under Food Processing Industries & Horticulture Department.
2. Driller - Total 2 Posts (1 Post reserved for ST), Under The Directorate of Mines & Minerals, WB under The Industry, Commerce and Enterprises Department.
3. Clinical Instructor - Total 4 Posts (1 Post Reserved for ST), Nursing Training Schools (for GNM Course) under Directorate of ESI (MB) Scheme, WB Under The Labour Department, Govt. of W.B (Men Unsuitable).
4. Assistant Geologist - Total 4 Posts (1 Reserved for oBC A & 2 for SC), in The Directorate of Mines & Minerals, West Bengal under The Industry, Commerce & Enterprise Department, Govt of West Bengal.

Scale of Pay:
For All the Above Posts - (PB 4) RS.9000 to Rs.40500 with Grade Pay of Rs.4700.

Age Limit:
Candidates required age limit should not be more than 36 years as on 01.01.2017. The benefits of reservation of vacancies and upper age concession upto 5 years are admissible only to SC and ST candidates of West Bengal and upto 3 years to OBC (Category A & B) candidates of West Bengal. SC, ST and OBC candidates of other states may apply for Unreserved vacancies as general candidates. Such benefits are also available upto the age of 45 years for Persons with Disabilities.
A candidate claiming to be SC, ST, OBC or Persons with Disability (40% and above) must have a certificate in support of his / her claim for a competent authority of West Bengal as specified below.

Educational Qualification:
Assistant Horticulturist - An M.Sc degree or equivalent qualification in Horticulture of a recognized University or Institute / A Degree in Agriculture / A B.Sc degree with Botany as a subject plus a degree or Diploma or Certificate of Training in Horticulture from a recognised Institution or Three Years experience in Horticulture practice.
Driller - A Diploma in Mining o Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Institute or its equivalent with either two years experience in various aspects of Diamond Core Drilling and connected operations or Successful completion of 74 weeks intensive training under the Drilling Training Programme of the Geological Survey of India / Indian Bureau of Mines / A pass in School Final of a recognized Institute or Board with 5 years experience in various aspects of Diamond Core Drilling for minerals exploration and allied operations.
Clinical Instructor - A Master Degree in Nursing / B.Sc in Nursing (Basic or Post Basic) / Diploma in Nursing Education and Administration or any other Post Basic courses, namely Public Health Nursing Course. Good power of expression in Bengali (Spoken & Written).
Assistant Geologist - A Master Degree in Geology or applied Geology or its equivalent of a recognized University or Institute / A Diploma in Applied Geology of the Indian School of Mines & Applied Geology, Dhanbad or its equivalent / B.Sc (Honours) degree in Geology of a recognized University with one year experience in prospecting and / or mining.

Application Fee:
Candidates required to pay Application Fee of Rs.160. In addition to that, the candidates will be charged as follows -
For online payment through Net Banking (Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking).
For Offline Payment through Bank Counter.
SC / ST candidates of West Bengal and Persons with disabilities (P.W.D) having physical disability of 40% and above are not required to pay any fee. OBC candidates of West Bengal are however required to pay usual fee as aforesaid.
No Exemption of Fee is available to SC / ST candidates of Other States and OBC candidates. No claim for refund of the fee will be entertained nor will it be held in reserve for any other examination.

Submit Registration Form.
Log in Candidates Portal with Registration No and Password.

Pay The Application Fee (Exempt for SC / ST / PWD).
Verify & Final Submit.
Take a Print out receipt of Application Forms and Payment Receipt.
